Sometimes our altered perspectives happen involuntarily because of life circumstances. Other times, we recognize our need for a change and make a choice for a change!

We often think of our relationship with God the Father and God the Son but our relationship with God the Holy Spirit is regularly forgotten, overlooked and even ignored. It was Billy Graham who said, “It is a waste of time for us Christians to look for power we do not intend to use.”
In today’s podcast, we are going to talk about our relationship with the Holy Spirit. When we pursue an ongoing, deep relationship with the third person of the Trinity, we can expect supernatural things to take place.
Acts 1:8 (NLT) says, “But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit comes upon you. And you will be my witnesses, telling people about me everywhere-in Jerusalem, throughout Judea, in Samaria, and to the ends of the earth.”
The Holy Spirit is the Power agent in the Trinity! It is the Holy Spirit who empowers us to accomplish the seemingly impossible! While we preach Christ crucified, the repentance of sin, the good news of the gospel, the infilling and outward empowerment of the Holy Spirit, we simultaneously invite a move of God that we do not understand!
May the words of Scripture and the power of the Holy Spirit accomplish incredible things in and through you as you lean into His presence and promptings.

In a world where family values are being eroded, the unborn are sacrificed, morals are low and taxes are high, we need a new generation of leaders! Leaders with a vision. Leaders who are willing to sacrifice; to fight for what is right. God is using His people to bring the Kingdom of God forward. This is our time to stand up and speak out!
In this week's message, we will:
Expand our vision
Clarify our call
Prepare our battle strategy
We know that the enemy comes in to cast doubt and unbelief. He wants to cause forgetfulness of God’s goodness and destroy our enthusiasm. He wants to create apathy and indifference and burdens us with laziness.
Ps 81:10 says, “I am your only God, the living God. Wasn’t I the one who broke the strongholds over you and raised you up out of bondage? Open your mouth with a mighty decree; I will fulfill it now, you’ll see! The words that you speak, so shall it be!”
You have the voice to produce a change! I invite you to join me as we destroy sophisticated arguments and every exalted and proud thing that sets itself up against the knowledge of God (2 Corinthians 10:5).

No matter how close or far away you currently find yourself, it’s time to dig deeper into the most important relationship in your life! 1 Corinthians 7:17 says, “Only, let each one live the life which the Lord has assigned him, and to which God has called him [for each person is unique and is accountable for his choices and conduct, let him walk in this way].”
In this podcast we will lean into what it means to:
Pursue God first
Not be complacent
Tremble before the Lord
Be more than sorry; take action and repent
Grow individually and together to make the body strong

2 Chronicles 20:20 says, “Believe in the Lord your God, and you shall be established; believe His prophets, and you shall prosper.” As followers of Jesus, we are living in an exciting time in history! God is doing amazing things in, and through, His church!
In this week's message, I will unpack the practicalities of how our belief in God and His prophets causes us to be established and to prosper. It is one thing to believe in what the prophets of the Bible have said, but how do you discern the modern-day prophecies? What do we do with the prophecies in scripture that have not yet been fulfilled?
While it is incredible to experience prophecies fulfilled, how should we respond to the ones that have not yet come to pass? Join me as I discuss how to make sense of everything from Old/New Testament prophets and prophecies to the modern-day prophets and prophecies.

Thank you for taking the time to listen to this week's podcast. More than ever, I am convinced that God is calling us to a higher standard as we enter this new decade. A standard that requires us to raise the bar as individuals to walk together as His body in a spirit of excellence.
2 Corinthians 8:7 says, “But as you excel in everything—in faith, in speech, in knowledge, in all earnestness, and in our love for you—see that you excel in this act of grace also.”
Raising the bar requires effort on our part in the natural, and partnering with God in the supernatural. In this week’s message, we will draw practical application from Judges 6-8 as we evaluate Gideon’s process of responding to God’s call to lead His people to victory from their enemies.
How do we raise the bar to respond to God’s call on our life?
Faith
Discipline
Practice
Partnering with God
Testing the Plan
Gideon’s only perspective was his current circumstances. He knew what God could do, he just didn’t know how God would do it for him. You have probably felt the same way at some point in your life. I know I have. The bigger the challenge, the higher the bar is set. The higher the bar is set, the more impossible it can seem to reach it from where you stand.
It was a process for Gideon and it is a process for us! Hold on to the truth. Exercise your faith. Walk in obedience. As you practice, raise the bar one inch at a time!

(A Message From The Vault)
Today’s message was inspired by working through a question that a good friend of mine recently asked me. Here is the question: “If you thought Jesus was going to return in 10 years what would you do differently?” I think most of us have pondered what we would do if we found out we only had a specific amount of time left here on earth, but this question is different.
Jesus has promised that He will return for us one day. While no one knows exactly when that will be, as Christ-followers, there is a different motivation for how we live based on what we believe about who we are! I believe the best way to answer such a thought-provoking question is from knowing the true identity of who we are in Christ.
Ephesians 1:3 says, “Everything heaven contains has already been lavished upon us as a love gift from our wonderful heavenly Father, the Father of our Lord Jesus—all because he sees us wrapped into Christ. This is why we celebrate him with all our hearts!”
In this podcast, we will look at a few key indicators of what it looks like when we see ourselves the way that God sees us - our identity wrapped into Christ!
Intimate knowledge of who Jesus is
“Being” before “doing”
Living devoted and Holy
Receiving God’s grace
From our Christ-centered identity comes the ability, not only to carry the presence of Jesus, but to connect others to Him. It is my hope that this message will motivate you to actively pursue knowing Jesus more, to live a life holy and devoted unto Him and to continually acknowledge and receive God’s grace in your life. When we live in that truth, it will not matter if Jesus comes back in 10 years or 10 days because God will be glorified in our lives!

Laser Focus: What Are We For?

What do you stand for? Are the things you are for in life really worth supporting? Are they just a preference or are they your convictions? It is important to separate our opinions and preferences from our truth based convictions. The best way to sort opinion from truth is to have a genuine conviction for what you believe! As Christ-Followers, our convictions must be based in truth - not my truth but the truth of God’s Word!
In this podcast we will spend time evaluating what we are for, not against! We will dig deep into how God’s presence ultimately provides us with the things that He wants us to be for.
His presence living in us gives:
- The authority to release His power
- Provision for the journey
- Supernatural multiplication
- Intimacy — realness at a whole new level
- Increased Revelation
We have an opportunity - a choice - to lean into His presence and press into the things we should be for - not against - things that are rooted in the power of the cross! It is this power that gives us the freedom to respond to the truth and repent or to reject the truth and miss out on His presence.
Jesus included others in every aspect of His life. His presence allows us the opportunity to live a life that is greater then ourselves. Three men hung on crosses the day that Jesus was crucified (Luke 23:39-43). All three were focused on different things.
Jesus’ focus was to fulfill the path that would bring freedom. One thief was focused on repentance and being in the presence of Jesus for the rest of his life and into eternity. The other thief turned his focus elsewhere; He was repulsed.
Today we are presented with the same choice. We can choose to live with laser focus and invite others to experience God’s presence with us! We were never meant to experience His presence with absolute exclusivity. Who are you including in your life as you pursue the presence of God?
I believe the Lord wants to accomplish things in our lives, for His Kingdom, that are beyond our wildest imaginations! Are you ready to embrace His presence together?

Thank you for choosing to listen to this podcast. I am especially excited about what the Lord stirred up in me during this past holiday season and I am thrilled to share it with you! Christmas always brings such a wonder that captures my imagination, my thoughts and my heart about God’s outpouring for us. We may really love our families and our families may really love us, but it doesn’t compare to the perfection of God’s love for us. God loves us so much that He has developed a plan for us to live our best lives out of who He is. My prayer for you, as your listen today, is that the Lord would open your eyes to the WONDER of who He is and what He has done for you! Also, that the Holy Spirit would empower you to advance His Kingdom as you live out of your continual encounters with Jesus.

Let’s face it, sometimes we need the Holy Spirit to stir out hearts to remind us of who Christ is - and of who we are because of who He is! Christ fulfilled it all! As you listen to this podcast I challenge you to allow the words of Scripture to permeate your soul and actualizing the fact that we live in the wonder of a perfect Son, a perfect Savior, a perfect God. The Lord wants you to live out of His wonder every moment of your life!

Does your life does not really fit in with the status quo? Not fitting in is not always a bad thing! Throughout the Bible there are small groups of people that are described as a remnant. The theme among the people in these groups was their choice to obey the Lord, even when it put their lives in danger.
There are two classes of believers in the world. First, people who are saved but continually disobedient and disregard correction. And second, people who are saved, welcome correction and long to be more and more obedient. The latter are the remnant of God!
In this message we will explore:
The characteristics of God’s remnant people
Why we should want to be part of God’s remnant
What it takes to be part of God’s remnant
How you can know if you are part of God’s remnant
How to learn The Promise from being in The Presence
Remnant people listen. They obey and they declare the promises of God over their circumstances! Be warned, anytime there is a remnant, there will always be part of the body that rises up against the remnant!
You can decide to be a remnant people starting today! You can say to God, “I am going to listen and obey and I am going to follow You. I will not allow the circumstances in front of me to circumvent the promises You have spoken over me!”
Don’t let the giant in front of you stand in the way of the promises God has spoken over you. We can look at those giants and say, “But God’s Word says...!”
Who is ready to step outside of the box labeled normal and choose to be a part of remnant?
